📜 Reporting System Plugin

这是一个简单的玩家举报系统插件，允许玩家举报其他玩家，举报信息会自动发送给在线管理员。该插件还内置了一些实用功能，如自动提醒管理员、禁止被举报玩家执行某些命令等。

🌟 功能特点

• 全自动提醒：如果没有管理员在线，系统会自动等待，并在管理员上线后发送举报信息。
• 玩家检查：管理员可以通过命令将被举报玩家传送到特定区域进行检查，并禁用其部分命令。
• 点击传送：管理员可以直接点击举报信息传送到被举报玩家身边。
• 逃跑惩罚：如果玩家在检查期间离开服务器，将被永久封禁。
• 举报记录：所有举报信息都会被存储在文件中，便于管理员查看和管理。

🛠️ 命令与权限

• /report [player] [reason] - 无权限限制，用于举报玩家。
• /removereport [player] - require report.use.staff 移除玩家的举报记录。
• /checksetspawn - require report.use.setspawn 设置检查区域的出生点。
• /check [player] - require report.use.staff 对玩家进行检查。
• report.check.commandsbypass - 允许玩家在检查期间绕过命令限制。
